Ripples of Impact
Hoots and Jennifer dive into a plethora of topics starting with who Jen is, and what this term Ripples of Impact is all about. Hoots helps Jen understand how famous she is and gets to withdraw some never-heard facts about Ms. Jen. As Hoots and Jen speak twice a week, early in the mornings, he can uncover some hidden gems.
All of this on a day that Jennifer was going to be recognized with her high school volleyball team and as she puts it was having an emotional week. Jen has a tremendous impact on the construction industry.
Jen tells us about her humble upbringing, not having much and truly valuing people. People is a clear theme as this podcast progresses and Jen refers to herself as the bridge between people and process.

Adam began his career in the construction industry as a plumber's helper and then as a red-line architect’s helper while attending the University of South Florida. Over the past 20 years, he has steadily advanced his career and has held a variety of roles within the industry. Adam has successfully completed more than $1.5 billion in pre-construction and construction services for a diverse group of industries, including: healthcare, higher education, industrial, life science, retail, and hospitality. Most projects (~$1B) were in life sciences and high-tech laboratory construction for clients. A highly technical builder, Adam excels in efficiency, action, visual communication, and continuous improvement using Lean principles.
