Rebecca Snelling coaches a variety of people, teams, and organizations on Leadership and Lean Transformation. She started in the construction industry in 1996 and has spent her time since then applying Lean principles in various organizations and project types. This includes working with owners, architects, contractors, engineers, and Integrated Lean Project Delivery teams, leading strategic planning sessions, and implementing various other Lean practices. ​Rebecca has developed and delivered training materials, written white papers on various Lean Construction applications, contributed to a number of industry books, and is the author of "Choosing By Advantages: How to Make Sound Decisions". She speaks at various industry events across the US and abroad. Rebecca sits on the Board of Directors for the Lean Construction Institute.
